Our Mission

Our mission for the COVE internship pilot is to provide a new stream of internships for the ocean tech companies and expose our students and recent graduates to the possibilities within the Blue Economy.

The objectives are to provide a robust learning environment where individuals will benefit from peer-to-peer learning, project-based learning, and deep mentorship within an authentic work environment. We aim to add more recent graduates to the ocean tech industry resulting in increased growth for existing companies and opportunities for ocean tech entrepreneurs. Through this process, undergraduate students will be exposed to entrepreneurial thinking and to multiple ocean technology companies. Our mission for the COVE internship pilot is to provide a new stream of internships for the ocean tech companies and expose our students and recent graduates to the possibilities within the Blue Economy.
